We are working with a Security group based in Brussels seeking an IT Helpdesk Engineer to join their team.
Responsibilities: - Deliver Exceptional Support: Provide top-notch first-line technical support for both internal and external users.
- Resolve IT Issues: Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve user-reported IT issues.
- Ensure Customer Satisfaction: Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the smooth operation and ongoing enhancement of the service desk.
Experience: - An interest the Security industry
- Previous experience in an IT Support role
- Network administration experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with technologies, such as: O365, Windows 10 and Active Directory
