Reply is looking for an experienced Business Analyst who has worked on projects related to native Mobile Apps, preferably on transactional apps.

This role will be positioned within an existing team responsible for developing a re-usable react.js platform that can be consumed across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.

- Negotiate technical constraints and user experience to take the product on an evolutionary journey.
- Manage complexities arising from other workstreams, notably a digital transformation agenda.
- Forge key relationships and act as the PO Proxy across a number of business domains
- Complete management of team backlog and steering the team on detailed requirements
- Work effectively within a Matrix organisation, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels
- Maintain relevant documentation and specifications in relation to the team's priorities and goals
