Location: Hybrid working 2 days on site in London, UK.
Imp/programme leads role that can manage large complex transformational change within the payments and banking space. The ability to coordinate multiple groups across the Firm in coalescing around common target dates and business and technical deliverables. Experience of providing overall project management around change that includes agile, hybrid (waterfall/Agile) and operating model change is required. The lead in this area must have strong documentation and presentational skills, and the ability to turn complex subject matter into clear delivery plans.
