Senior PMO Analyst- Commercial Transformation (Contract)

Location: City of London Country: UK Rate: £450 - £500 per day

Initial 6-month contract, remote working with occasional travel to London

We are recruiting for a Senior PMO Analyst who can support the PMO Manager on a day-to-day basis, creating then promoting adherence to project management standards, polices and agreed approaches.

The Project Management Office (PMO) oversee PMO Operations, provide assurance and track progress across multiple Projects. Support the Program Director, Change Manager and Project Managers.

Duties include building Program plans, keeping projects on budget track progress and analysing project data to identify areas of improvement. By using a number of tools to problem solve and stay on top of multiple work streams and deadlines, help drive forward the Program and for the projects to have real impact.

Role details:

Supporting the PMO Manager on a day-to-day basis, creating then promoting adherence to project management standards, polices and agreed approaches.

Provide quality assurance in line with defined governance processes.

Acting as custodian and distributor of all PMO owned documents by managing the storage and integrity of documentation in the 'Teams' workspaces.

Track and Onboard project resource planning.

Monitor regular reporting and assist the PMO Manager in reporting to Program Director and Sponsors.

Monitoring risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies (RAID) and the resolution processes.

Ensure efficient change control methods and processes are utilised.

General admin such as maintaining the PMO calendar, creating and updating the PMO Handbook, setting up meetings and arranging workshops.

Finance

Track Budget/Forecast/Committed Spend and Actuals.

Align with the funding request process and available funds.

Working alongside PM's and Finance Business Partners to mitigate budget/forecast variances.

Produce Financial Reports.
