PHP Web Developer - PHP, MVC, OOP

• Onsite in Chichester, Hampshire (near Portsmouth & Worthing).
• Salary £40,000 - £45,000

Are you an experienced and enthuistic Web Developer or Software Engineer open to work with an award winning digital development company? Working with a fantastic team your role will be to partner with 3rd party companies to build E-commerce websites, web apps and web services.

This is a great opportunity offering great variety and scope of project work in a busy and fast moving agency setting.

The ideal candidates will be proficient in Object Orientated Programming, PHP, JavaScript and a depth of experience with MVC frameworks, Laravel, Symfony or similar.

Knowledge of skills and attributes:

• 3+ years commercial experience of Object Orientated Programming using PHP
• Knowledge of PHP 7+
• Experience developing Web APIs both SOAP and REST
• Solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS etc
• Knowledge of MySQL

Nice to have:

• Experience of MVC frameworks such as Symfony or Laravel
• Experience working with JIRA
• Experience working with AWS
• Managing Linux Servers for maintenance and debugging purposes
