We are an approved supplier to a global IT client that is currently expanding its dynamic application support team and seeking an experienced Security Cleared Applications Support Engineer.

Please note the following key points:

- Full-time, on-site contract, based in Stevenage.

- Deemed Inside IR35

- Shift work may be required to cover 7.5 hours over the service hours 0700 - 1900 hrs.

The successful Applications Support Engineer will have a broad knowledge but not a specialist in Applications support and infrastructure, End User Support.

You will be responsible for efficiently operating and supporting applications within the Mechanical Design Department for the end customer and specializing in, identifying, and solving problems and advising users.

Your day-to-day duties may include:

• Provide extensive end-user support for Mechanical Design application for over 3000+ users.
• Be responsible for delivering support across 3 UK sites.
• Assist the end customer in defining best practices and processes associated with Mechanical Design applications.
