Job Title: Finance system integration Programme Manager
Location: remote/Chichester
Salary/Rate: 125,000 - 130,000 Pro rata
Start Date: July 2024
Job Type: Contract

Fixed term contract initially for 6 months, will likely be extended

Must have experience integrating finance systems with an ERP

Key Accountabilities:

• Provide Programme Management discipline including, but limited to, task and resource planning, issue and risk management, and status tracking and reporting
• Lead integration across the business platforms to fruition.
• Providing expert advice and support during the integration.
• Manage stakeholder relationships with service partners.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR/PCI DSS regulations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to execute the technical integration roadmap.
• Managing IT team time on integration.
• Developing standard operating procedures and training in readiness and for post completion.
• Ensure for Cyber Security is maintained throughout.
• Managing the financial aspects of the integration and ongoing budgeting.
• Ensure new service integrations and platforms have a fully developed end to end support structure, including Processes, SLAs, KPIs monitoring commensurate with business requirements and priorities.
• Produce weekly and monthly reporting cadence on the above processes and budget spend.
• Experience of ERP or Finance Systems integration, especially Netsuite.
• Demonstrable financial acumen (any formal financial qualifications would be a bonus).
• Proven experience in an integration/transformation technical role
• Elite, RMS Zonal, Netsuite, Windows, Apple MAC, iOS platform experience
• Bias towards financial programmes such as Netsuite, SAP etc.
