As a digital customer experience lead, you will play a vital part in the team looking at how we can make effective improvements on our current digital experience across all channels. You will have ideally had exposure to working on large branding projects and have project/digital initiatives to drive and be a part of our digital transformation.

You will be helping us improve our digital capabilities and promote digital uptake via analysis. You will also be responsible for delivering significant business change and improving customer satisfaction.

To be a part of this exciting digital transformation you will:

Essential Qualities

  • Passionate about finding a customer improvement opportunity and seeing it through
  • Have a comprehensive understanding of digital platforms, UI and UX best practice
  • Knowledgeable of brand strategy and marketing. You will have had experience working as part of, or closely with the branding and marketing functions
  • Able to work confidently with data to discern key insights
  • At least four years' experience in a similar role
  • Forward Thinking

Preferable Qualities

  • Experience of working in a continuous improvement/design thinking skills including journey mapping
  • Commercial experience of driving delivery within a Scrum Agile Methodology
