Responsibilities

  • Lead the global client success support strategy and the EMEA account management function
  • Partner with regional leads to determine and set sales service support rates and performance targets
  • Lead, support and mentor global client success team to ensure they are meeting their KPI's
  • Collect and analyse revenue & sales data to identified trends and prepare action campaigns with a view on improving our performance against key revenue metrics
  • Collect client feedback and satisfaction metrics and feed them through product development life cycle and sales team
  • Produce monthly reports - include information on CSAT scores, speed to respond & resolve, cost to serve and any other relevant metrics.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with a focus on improving satisfaction scores and sales revenue on each account year-on-year
  • Recruitment and training of new team members
  • Be actively involved in the trampoline leisure & entertainment industry and stay across market trends, technology solutions and competitor offerings

Experience required

  • Undergraduate degree in Commerce, with distinction.
  • Experience working in a software development company that offers a cloud SaaS product in the leisure and entertainment industry, ideally a trampoline focused solution
  • Strong market knowledge and contacts in the EMEA trampoline industry
  • 5+ years' experience in a project, operations and/or account management role
  • Demonstrated experience working in both high-growth start-ups in the leisure and entertainment and technology solutions-based companies
  • Experience leading client success team who deal with a cloud SaaS based product
  • Proven experience on boarding a SaaS cloud product throughout the UK, Europe and the Middle East
  • Experience working closely with software product and development teams located in remote offices
  • Demonstrated experience in understanding the client needs/requirements to translate into solutions to guide product development decisions and drive company sales revenue

Additional Role Requirements

  • Travel to the global offices as required
  • Travel to key account launches
