DevOps Engineer (Permanent)

Location: Dublin South Country: Ireland
 

DevOps Engineer

Dublin - Onsite

A Dublin-based software development company, specializing in niche technology and high-touch support for large, established clients, is seeking a DevOps Engineer. The company delivers efficient solutions for complex construction projects in the life sciences and technology sectors.

This is a PERMANENT role where you will be designing, implementing, and managing scalable and reliable cloud-based solutions while ensuring the security and stability of systems.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain robust CI/CD pipelines
  • Manage cloud infrastructure provisioning and configuration
  • Lead OS and application migration to modern cloud platforms.

Skills/Qualifications Required

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT
  • Extensive experience with cloud platforms, preferably GCP
  • Proficiency in IaC tools like Terraform or CloudFormation
  • Expertise in Docker and Kubernetes
  • Strong CI/CD experience with tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or GitHub Actions
  • Solid Linux/Unix administration and Scripting skills (Bash, Python, etc.)
