Job Description:

BlackRock Financial Management, Inc., seeks Associate, Software Engineering, Aladdin Product Group, Core Software Infrastructure in New York, NY to work on the core systems that power BlackRock's world-class investment system, including the enterprise build system. Req's: Master's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Applications or a related field of study and three (3) years of experience in job offered or related occupation: participating in the complete lifecycle of software development including the design and documentation of software; designing and developing software applications using C++, Perl, Linux/Unix Shell scripts, MS SQL, Oracle; and monitoring applications, performing impact analysis, and improving existing code. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in the above listed fields and five (5) years of experience in the above skills.
