Job Description

- Manage all aspects of small to intermediate projects throughout the development lifecycle, including project scope, schedule, resources, quality, costs and change.
- Work closely with stakeholders and to define project parameters, then translate customer needs into formal requirements, using knowledge of the industry and delivery methodology.- Develop detailed project schedule, resource plan, and status reports, managing task assignment to project resources and reporting on and managing project scope throughout the lifecycle
- Interface with all areas affected by the project, including end user, services organizations, vendors and implementations partners.
- Review project deliverables for accuracy, and apprise management of risks, issues, and recommended mitigations.
- Ensure satisfactory transfer of custody and control of product upon handoff, then close all project documentation and archive appropriate records

Required Qualifications:

Job Duties & Responsibilities: Overall responsibility for Project Costs, Quality and Schedule Direct Customer interaction Management of Field Crews & Vendors Material ordering and logistics Change order management Oversight of all Site Surveys & data collection, performing work hands-on if needed Oversight of all Project Commissioning, Optimization & Troubleshooting, Reports/Project Trackers/Updates as required Technical Skills/Knowledge: A strong background with RF theory, specifically as it applies to In-Building installations Experience installing & managing In-Building installations. Previous Site Survey experience Ability to read blue prints and Visio & iBwave drawings and perform site surveys. Thorough understanding of OTDR, Spectrum Analyzer (Anritsu), Signal Generator and similar test equipment. Thorough understanding of CAT 5/Fiber/Coax (1/2?+) installation, including sweep testing of coax & fiber.
