he Order-to-Cash Functional Analyst is responsible for the design, configuration and maintenance of the SD and LE modules of SAP ECC, and other SAP and non-SAP solutions related to Order-to-Cash.

Primary Durites:

Identify and evaluate alternative solutions to business requirements, independently or as a leader of a team, in order to find the best solution.

Own the SD/LE solutions from a technical standpoint.

Perform hands-on configuration in SD/LE.

Own interfaces to/from SD/LE modules (OTC interfaces).

Key Accountabilities:

Work closely with business users on how best to use the system to perform daily functions.

W ork closely with the Business Analyst, Technical Architect, Quality Assurance, developers, and business stakeholders to transform business requirements into detailed functional design specifications for the solution.

Adhere to SAP best practices when feasible. Use good judgment to recommend deviations from best practices when appropriate.

Effectively use whatever presentation tools and techniques are necessary to ensure that stakeholders can understand, evaluate and approve the proposed solution.

Write functional specifications that are provided to developers and other technical contributors to guide programming and other technical tasks.

Within your assigned SAP module(s), perform SAP system configuration.

Perform unit testing of configuration.

Work with the QA team to ensure testing of solutions is thorough and appropriate, and all requirements are met.

Understand how master data is setup in relation to your SAP module(s).

Understand how SAP can be configured to meet our future needs as they arise.

Provide level-3 production support for systems within the domain of expertise.

Collaborate with and leverages Application Management Support (AMS) resources on day-to-day production incidents as needed.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or a closely related discipline; or 5 to 7 years equivalent experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Significant hands-on experience as a functional SD/LE analyst in multiple implementation projects and/or support organizations, including all responsibilities stated above.

Must have extensive experience with IDocs and EDI related to the Order-to-Cash process (ORDERS05/850, SHIPMENT05/856, etc.).

Must have detailed knowledge of SAP pricing configuration.

Knowledge of APO GATP is a plus.

Four or more years of experience configuring one or more SAP modules.

Exceptional and professional written, verbal and non-verbal communication and presentation skills.

Solid understanding of typical SAP software development lifecycles.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Exceptional team work - cooperating, sharing knowledge, and collaborating effectively to achieve the objectives and target dates for a given initiative.

Excellent problem solving, analytical and technical troubleshooting skills.

Self-motivated with the ability to learn new material, tools and concepts quickly

  • Physical Requirements: Capability to lift 50 pounds. Working Conditions: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to reach, swivel, carry items from one building to another, and speak and actively listen. Noise level is usually moderate.
