The Branch Team Inclusion and Diversity Department is seeking a Senior Inclusion Specialist to identify, develop and deliver programs, tools, training and support of targeting, attraction and development of women and diverse financial advisors. In this specific role, the Senior Inclusion Specialist will be responsible for bothanalyzing and interpreting data and insights and also designing and executing strategies through large scale projects, partnership and programdevelopment.This individual will help influence the need and importance of diversity at the firm through data. The ideal candidate will show a high degree of thought leadership and execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct research, stakeholder interviews, brainstorming sessions to expand the opportunities to pursue Branch Team I&D strategic priorities
  • Assemble strategic insights into presentation materials for mid and senior level leadership to influence and guide decisions including reports, scorecards, metrics and presentations
  • Keep abreast of emerging behaviors, technologies and companies that are shaping I&D efforts internally and externally
  • Develop and implement efficient processes to provide timely support in response to field I&D data requests
  • Contribute to business development and thought leadership activities
  • Create ways to effectively capture dashboard data around Field diversity measures
  • Track diversity goal achievement status Real Time and link to dashboards for Field Leadership review
  • Collaborate with Branch Inclusion and Diversity Programs to help engage and empower Field Leadership when sourcing diverse talent
  • Mine databases, conceptualize ongoing metrics of trends over time to create meaningful strategies as immediate deliverables for the regional business plans
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Masters degree is preferred
  • Expert knowledge and experience in training, coaching, competency development, team development, change management, performance management and support, and process improvement
  • Ability to apply analytical skills using large amounts of data and information
  • Expert knowledge of project-management tools and experience in large scale project leadership
  • Expert knowledge of the workflow in a branch and the corresponding home office and/or regional support systems
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis, effective reporting, and the ability to interpret and apply recommendations based on findings
