Why is the Position Open?
Need additional support for a project.

Top 3 Must Have Skill Sets:
Experience supporting multiple individuals
Previous Amgen experience
Experience tracking action items and calendaring Excel and Word

Day to Day Responsibilities:
Managing multiple calendars for team, coordinating domestic/international travel arrangements, and associated expense reporting.
Managing meeting logistics: travel, onsite/offsite room booking, room setup, catering, calendaring, telecon/AV support, and meeting supplies.
Ability to manage complex administrative support activities, and occasionally assisting supervisor in coordination of management issues, (ie, goals and department/staff goals and objectives).
Transcription of meeting outputs into electronic format.
Taking, transcribing, and distributing meeting minutes.
Support for various project coordination and management support.
