We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist to support advanced analytics and machine learning initiatives across the organisation. The role focuses on turning complex data into actionable insights, developing predictive models, and supporting data-driven decision making across multiple business domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform statistical analysis and develop machine learning models to solve business problems

• Work end to end across the data science lifecycle, from data exploration and feature engineering to model deployment and evaluation

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into analytical solutions

• Communicate insights clearly through data storytelling and visualisation

• Support continuous improvement of analytical models and methodologies

Required Experience

• 5-7 years of experience in data science or a related analytics role

• Proven end to end experience delivering data science projects

• Strong background in applying machine learning and statistical techniques to real-world problems

Technical Skills

• Python (including pandas and scikit-learn)

• SQL for data extraction and analysis

• Statistical analysis and machine learning fundamentals

• Azure Machine Learning

• Feature engineering and model evaluation techniques

• Data storytelling and insight communication

Certifications

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Scientist Associate (preferred)

• AI or machine learning certifications are an advantage

Soft Skills

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

• Ability to translate business challenges into data science solutions

• Clear communication of insights to non-technical stakeholders
