Business/Functional Analyst - Brussels - English speaking

One of our Blue Chip Clients is urgently looking for a Business/Functional Analyst.

Integration Analyst

Lead and plan the definition, analysis, validation, documentation and maintenance of business requirements and processes flows for large size/complexity/system risk multi-application projects by working in close collaboration with customers and other divisions and in line with evolving business requirements.

Ensure that non-functional requirements are analysed, defined, and are in line with customer expectations and Company standards.

Validate proposed solutions to technical and/or business problems in relation to current and future business environment, reconciling business requirements with technical solutions.

Act as a coordinator and facilitate discussion within the people involved in order to and get clarification and agreement on business requirement until solution is fully designed.

Collaborate closely with architecture, development and quality assurance team in an agile way of working and via 3 amigos meeting to co-create the solution.

Facilitate the demo to end-users and when needed, organize the User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Contribute to the continuous improvement on how to have maximum effectiveness in a changing, Agile, environment. You participate in the life of the squad and in the Agile ceremonies.

Good communication skills.

Interpersonal skills to work and collaborate with teams based in several countries and time zones.

Mandatory required experiences and expertise:

o Experience in integration analysis in SAP projects

o Experience in translating business requirement into technical/functional requirement documents

o Experience in integration projects

o Mapping/Migration experience

o Mulesoft

Working expertise is a big asset

Experience and hands-on using MuleSoft Anypoint platform

Experience with integration patterns, API life cycle and API-led connectivity

o SOAP/REST APIs knowledge

o UML/Visio or other similar software
