We are seeking an IT Architect with specific experience in the Banking domain. In terms of skills, the mission requires functional architecture skills and technical solution modelling (Archimate is a plus), combined with a strong background covering software development technologies, infrastructure, networking, Middleware and cloud. This role will require French or Dutch speaking as well as excellent English.

You will be based out of their Brussels office and will be required to go into the office 50% of the time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in and advise on studies, projects and assets concerning the elaboration/evolution of their architecture (concerning internal development as well as package solutions), in line with the enterprise strategy.
• Support and control the implementation of the architectural rules and decisions, before and after installation in production
• Define, document and maintain the reference architecture, always keeping simplification in mind
• Active participation in the architectural committees
• Communication of current and target architecture, rules and good practice
• Stay in touch with technology evolutions, incorporating them into the company architecture where appropriate

Must have Skills:

• Knowledge of functional/technical/application architecture and architectural urbanisation rules.
• Experience with architectural modelling.
• Analysis and definition of application architectures.
• Fluent in French or Dutch
• Fluent in English
