IAM Consultant (Contract)
Location: Brussels Country: Belgium Rate: 500 - 600 Euros per day

We are looking for an experienced profile who will contribute to the IAM solution rollout for the client's users.
You will be based out of their Brussels office and will be required to go into the office 50% of the time.
The successful candidate needs to speak either French or Dutch.
Key Responsibilities:
This profile will be the bridge between:
- The departments (ie translating their access control requirements into access roles)
- The IT Operations team (for the onboarding/outboarding processes)
- The Tribes (for the integration of the new access model into the applications)
- The remote IAM management team (to submit the role and asset definitions)
Must have Skills:
- At least 3+ years of relevant experience in Identity and Access Management.
- Hands-on experience in Identity and Access management (RBAC model, onboarding/outboarding process)
- Experience in role modelling and role definition (ie translating access needs into business/IT-roles)
- Good understanding of authentication protocols & SSO
- Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ product
Soft Skills:
- Good autonomy, personal effectiveness
- Good verbal and listening communication (ability to ask questions, understand the viewpoints of others)
- Ability to analyse situations and to identify priorities
