2nd Line Engineer - Azure, M365, AVD - Hybrid/Bristol - £27,000 - £32,000

My client is a superb solutions and Services provider. They're in fast-growth mode after successful start-up and a massive part of that is their amazing Managed Services team which excel in every department.

Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Work across all manner of Microsoft enterprise services providing support (Windows Server, AD, SQL, DNS etc).
  • Work across the full Microsoft 365 stack supporting customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to define and implement enhancements, meeting client requirements and specifications.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to customers and colleagues.
  • Continuously monitor and maintain environments to ensure high availability and optimal performance.
