2nd Line IT Support Engineer (Contract)

Location: Redhill, Surrey Country: UK Rate: £300 to £350 per day inside IR35 via Umbrella

2nd Line IT Support Engineer

Based in Redhill, Surrey (working on a hybrid basis - 2 days per week in the office and 3 days at home) an 2nd Line IT Support Engineer is required on a contract basis to work with a renowned global organisation.

Due to the nature of the work speaking French would be advantageous as our clients Windows IT infrastructure is hosted abroad.

The role will be ensuring the service delivery of IT operations deployed locally in the UK.

Candidates must have commercial experience providing 1st and 2nd line support (ideally within the banking/financial services sector), experience of Office 365 (Power BI, Power Aps) and strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing Active Directory
  • Providing desktop support
  • Managing Office 365
  • Troubleshooting network and email issues
  • Troubleshooting Microsoft applications
  • Power BI Support
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years experience providing IT support to clients
  • Experience in managing some or all of the key responsibilities listed above.
  • Excellent communication skills and is comfortable with working with users across multiple locations.
  • French speaking.
