Service Support Target Operating Model (TOM) Designer (Contract)

Location: Gloucester, Gloucestershire Country: UK Rate: £480 pd (inside IR35)
 

We are looking for a Service Support Target Operating Model (TOM) Designer for a 6 months contract based in Gloucester.

£480 pd inside IR35 via an umbrella company only

Hybrid; Gloucester

6 months

This role involves being part of team within the local government and gathering data, developing design principles, and facilitating workshops to align stakeholders on key processes, tools, and frameworks for the new models. This team is also responsible for implementation of these models. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a collaborative environment and possess strong analytical and communication skills.

Essential
Proven experience (2+ years) working on projects involving process improvement, service re-design, service support, or operating model design.
Experience of working in an Agile or project-based environment.
Experience of working in a local Authority/other public sector environment.
Project/programme management qualification or equivalent experience.

Desirable
Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) or similar service support frameworks (eg, ITIL) is desirable.
Local Authority procurement, payroll or HR expertise
