ServiceNow Project Manager | Remote | To £80k (Permanent)

ServiceNow Project Manager | Remote | To c. £80k

Are you a ServiceNow Project Manager who is looking to join a start-up, specialising in enterprise-scale ITSM implementations and digital transformations. They have already written deals with a wide range of clients across both the private and public sector and are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced ServiceNow Project Manager to join their team and drive our ServiceNow projects to success.

As a ServiceNow Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the delivery of ServiceNow projects for their enterprise-scale clients. You will work closely with stakeholders, project teams, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Your expertise in ServiceNow and your ability to navigate complex organisational environments will be crucial in driving successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end ServiceNow project implementations for enterprise-scale organisations.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management.
  • Ensure project objectives and deliverables are met according to agreed specifications and quality standards.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and implement effective solutions.
  • Provide regular project status updates and reports to stakeholders.
  • Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration and implementation of ServiceNow solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with industry best practices and standards.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager leading ServiceNow implementations for enterprise-scale organisations.
  • Experience working with public sector clients is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and modules.
  • Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is a plus.
  • ITIL certification is desirable.
