We are looking for Senior Business Analyst to work with one of our leading client.

Please note: Must have Pharma domain and SAP experience.

Must Have Skills

• Deep understanding of Pharma Domain
• Expertise in understanding of source system architecture and data of, but not limited to, SAP ERP, SAP BW, SAP HANA, Marketo, Salesforce etc.
• Collaboration with different teams, Requirement Gathering, Design and Delivery of Technical solutions.
• ETL migration project planning, estimation, and delivery Adeptia, Snaplogic ETL migration experience
• Hands on experience on Azure, ADF, ADLS, Synapse

Purpose of the Position:

• Participate in Requirement Gathering, Manage the process of turning these requirements into desired outputs.
• Coordinating the work of business, IT, and external teams to deliver the required results. Perform Feasibility, Impact Assessment, Estimation, Planning, Design and Delivery of ETL Migration projects. Documentation Review, ensuring that work produced by the teams conform to methods, designs, and standards so that economies of scale can be achieved during the support phase
• Strong experience on Azure cloud services like Azure, ADF, ADLS, Synapse
• Proficiency in querying languages such as SQL, Pyspark, Python and familiarity with data visualization tools (eg Power BI).
• Strong communication skills to gather the business requirements from stakeholder and propose best solution.
• Define and follow best practices for development.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings effectively.
• Deep understanding of SQL and database concepts

Qualifications:

• 8+ years in Pharma domain, Data Migration projects using Adeptia, Snaplogic, Azure, Data Management
• Deep understanding of Pharma domain and its standard source system like SAP, Marketo, Salesforce etc.
• Expertise in Data Governance, Data Catalog, Data Lineage, and Metadata Management
• Translating business requirements into technical specifications, owning the end-to- end delivery process, and ensuring successful implementation of data-driven solutions
• Hands-on experience in ETL and Data Migration projects Certification in Azure, SAP or relevant technologies is desirable. Be a SPOC Communication all Stakeholder Perform and review Primary and Secondary Research based on solution and project needs.
• Support new solution design and other organizational initiatives.
• Work in a multi-disciplinary team environment, collaborate with all stakeholders and work toward consensus building while working on various data and analytics projects.

• Translate business needs into technical requirements for data engineering and analytics solutions.
• Understand business source system like SAP and business meaning of the data.
• Design, estimate, plan and implement the data migration projects from one platform/tool to another.
• Utilize Azure environment to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources.
• Design and implement data models, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings effectively.
• Take ownership of project delivery, from requirements gathering to solution deployment.

Work and Technical Experience:

• Hands-on experience in Data Management and Migration, Data Governance Expertise in Pharma domain, its source systems like SAP ERP, SAP BW, SAP HANA, Marketo, Salesforce etc.
• Proven expertise in gathering requirements from business users and converting it into technical solutions.
• Ability to convert the business requirements to technical solution by creating technical requirement documents, Design documents, Architecture, and flow diagrams.
• Expertise in delivery of Data migration projects from one platform/tool to another Able to define/implement data governance and management best practices and industry stendende for the organization.
