Key Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain user-centered content for digital services.
- Conduct user research to inform content design.
- Design and iterate content based on user feedback.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure content meets user needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content is delivered on time and to a high standard.
- Present designs and decisions to senior stakeholders and clients.
- Ensure seamless integration of content with other design and development components.
Must-Haves:
- Previous experience as a content designer.
- Experience working on government projects.
- Advanced proficiency in User Interface (UI) Design.
- Advanced proficiency in Visual Design and Development.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Haves:
- Knowledge of GDS (Government Digital Service) patterns.
- Experience working in an agile environment.
- Comfortable presenting designs and decisions to senior stakeholders and clients.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in content design, particularly in government or public sector projects.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and practices.
- Ability to conduct and analyze user research.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools.
