We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst with strong Supply Chain and Retail domain experience to support automation and modernization initiatives as part of a Microsoft-to-Google Workspace migration.

The location is in London and its Onsite. This role is outside IR35. Initial contract for 4 months with high possibilty of extension.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Act as the primary liaison between retail business stakeholders and delivery teams
  2. Lead discovery and requirement-gathering workshops for supply chain processes
  3. Analyse end-to-end supply chain workflows (planning, logistics, inventory, reporting) to identify automation opportunities
  4. Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  5. Support solution design reviews and validate delivered solutions against business outcomes
  6. Ensure adherence to governance standards, templates, and migration patterns
  7. Maintain documentation including process flows, requirements, and user-facing materials
  8. Support demos and walkthroughs for business users and stakeholders

Essential Skills & Experience

  1. Strong experience as a Business Systems Analyst in enterprise environments
  2. Proven Supply Chain experience within a retail organization
  3. Hands-on expertise in requirements gathering, process modelling, and stakeholder management
  4. Ability to work effectively with offshore development teams
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills (native or fluent English)
  6. Experience supporting automation, workflow, or modernization initiatives

Nice to Have

  1. Experience with Microsoft-to-Google Workspace migrations
  2. Familiarity with Google Workspace tools (Apps Script, AppSheet, BigQuery)
  3. Exposure to citizen development or governance-led enablement models
  4. Experience understanding Legacy VBA-based processes (functional level)
