Portfolio Manager (Permanent)

Location: Manchester Country: UK Rate: £47k - £53k per annum
 

This role involves managing and overseeing a portfolio of technology projects within the not-for-profit and charities sector. The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results within tight deadlines.

This role will be based in Manchester and offers hybrid working.

Description

  • Manage a portfolio of technology projects, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
  • Lead project teams to deliver high-quality results.
  • Develop and implement project plans and timelines.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and meet their needs.
  • Track and report on project progress and performance.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Ensure compliance with company and industry regulations.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes.

Profile

  • A degree in a relevant field such as project management or technology, or relevant work experience
  • Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software.
