Agile Business Analyst - (Inside of IR35) (Contract)
Location: Remote Country: UK Rate: £385 per day (Inside)
Our client are a top tier consulting firm looking for an Agile Business Analyst on a 6 months contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements from stakeholders and users.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
- Collaborate with the product owner, development team, and other stakeholders to prioritize and refine the product backlog.
- Ensure all digital services comply with GDS standards and best practices.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and improve the user experience.
- Develop and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, and other agile artifacts.
- Assist in the preparation of business cases, project plans, and other project documentation.
- Act as a liaison between the business and technical teams to ensure clear communication and understanding.
- Support the delivery of high-quality digital services that meet user needs and business objectives.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in an agile environment.
- Strong understanding of Government Digital Service (GDS) standards and guidelines.
- Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into user stories.
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using agile project management tools (eg, Jira, Trello).
