Our client are a top tier consulting firm looking for an Agile Business Analyst on a 6 months contract.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements from stakeholders and users.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Collaborate with the product owner, development team, and other stakeholders to prioritize and refine the product backlog.
• Ensure all digital services comply with GDS standards and best practices.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and improve the user experience.
• Develop and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, and other agile artifacts.
• Assist in the preparation of business cases, project plans, and other project documentation.
• Act as a liaison between the business and technical teams to ensure clear communication and understanding.
• Support the delivery of high-quality digital services that meet user needs and business objectives.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in an agile environment.
• Strong understanding of Government Digital Service (GDS) standards and guidelines.
• Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into user stories.
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using agile project management tools (eg, Jira, Trello).
