Senior PMO (Contract)

Location: Central London Country: UK Rate: £700 outside of IR35
 

You are a senior experienced PMO professional, having managed difficult situations with success. You will challenge the status quo whenever necessary to ensure delivery of critical projects, you are adept at making difficult decisions and advising senior management of challenging times ahead when required.

You have part/total responsibility for the following:

Organizing and motivating the project teams

  • Resource planning in projects
  • Work planning and effort estimation
  • Coordination of project managers
  • Resource allocation and conflict resolution.
  • Maintenance and planning of skills
  • Identifying project needs and ensuring adherence to project timelines
  • Coordinating a project management team and delegating tasks
  • Monitoring expenditures and creating detailed reports for upper management
  • Keeping track of a projects' progress and ensuring its timely completion
  • Working within budget constraints
  • Implementing changes to teams and processes as and when needed
  • Developing project strategies
  • Analyzing risks and opportunities
  • Undertaking project tasks as required
  • Ensuring project deadlines are met
  • Executing project administration
  • Providing administrative support as needed
  • Evaluating project performance
  • Determining project changes
  • Managing project documentation and reporting

The role is predominently remote working but will require travel to offices around the UK
