CUCM Architect (Permanent)

Unified Communications Architect
£90,000 - £100,000

Hybrid Working- 3 days onsite per week in Liverpool Street

As the Global UC Architect, you will design, implement, and manage scalable telecommunications services, including video telephony (MS Teams), voicemail, contact centers, and remote access. This individual will lead projects, provide strategic telecom guidance, and ensure systems are secure, reliable, and cost-effective.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the organisation's global telecom strategy.
  • Design and integrate on-premises and cloud-based telecom solutions.
  • Act as a technical escalation point and mentor junior team members.
  • Ensure compliance with security and data privacy policies.
  • Collaborate on projects and produce high-quality documentation.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Expertise in Cisco Unified Communications, Microsoft Teams voice services, and telecom protocols (eg, SIP, ISDNPRI).
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in telecom networks, with a focus on VoIP infrastructure design.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and client-focused skills.
