Performance Analyst - Government Digital Service, Data (Contract)

Location: London Country: UK Rate: Up to £400 per day (Outside IR35)

My client is a large International Consultancy who require a Performance Analyst to work closely with a high profile end client to help create a performance measurement framework for a project and identify reporting requirements, whilst advising on procurement, implementation and validation of tools to deliver against these requirements in addition to being responsible for the accuracy and quality of data and analysis, and how they are used.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven Performance Analysis experience
  • Strong understanding of a wide range of sources and analytical tools (ie Google Analytics)
  • Extensive experience with Government Digital Service (GDS)
  • Ability to create a performance measurement framework for a project, including identifying reporting requirements, advising on procurement, implementation and validation of tools to deliver against these requirements
  • Experience of being responsible for the accuracy and quality of data and analysis, and how they are used
  • Capability to understand and help teams to apply a range of techniques to analyse data and provide insight
  • Possess a proactive approach, and present compelling findings that inform wider decisions whilst applying innovative approaches to resolve problems
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Eligibility for BPSS Clearance

Nice to have:

  • SC Clearance (Security Cleared)
  • User-centred analysis through use of quantitative and qualitative data about users to turn user focus into outcomes
  • Immediate availability
