1st/2nd Line IT Support Technician
The Opportunity:
Our client are looking for a 1st/2nd Line Support Technician to join and become a valued team member, who will contribute and provide desk support to our customers assisting them with hardware and software problems via phone, email and in person within the EPoS environment.
As a 2nd Line Support Technician you will communicate with customers effectively supporting their IT issues within the EPoS environment and escalate issues when required.
