UX/UI Designer (Contract)

Location: London Country: UK Rate: £650 - £850 per day
 

UX/UI Designer - £650-850 per day - London

A leading investment bank is looking for a Designer with both UX and UI skills to join their team on an initial 12-month contract. Paying up to £850 per day you will be working out of their City of London based offices 3 days a week.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop user interfaces for React applications using HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
  • Create wireframes and mockups to visualize UI design ideas.
  • Build prototypes to communicate user experience designs
  • Understand project requirements, user personas and business processes to inform elegant and functional UI/UX designs.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in UI/UX design tools (Figma etc) and web development (HTML and CSS)
  • Familiarity with Front End web development technologies and frameworks such as JavaScript and React.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX design work for web applications.
  • Experience with version control systems (Git, bitbucket)
  • Candidate must be a strong team player with excellent communication skills.
