Application Support Team Leader (Permanent)
Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire Country: UK Rate: Market Rates
The Opportunity:
ISR are recruiting for an Application Support Team Leader (SQL & Azure) on behalf of a multi-national technology company.
The successful applicant will have a background in application support, SQL Server and MS Azure.
You will play an important role in leading a team consisting of x1 Application Engineer and x2 Application Testers, while still being involved in support from a technical perspective.
Skills and Experience:
- BTEC or higher in a technical discipline (eg Computer Science)
- At least 3 years' experience in application support and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of the following technologies:
- Microsoft SQL Server (essential)
- MS Azure Platform (essential)
- Knowledge of SAP 4HANA CRM (desirable)
- Scripting & Automation (desirable)
- MCSE or MCITP certifications (highly desirable)
- Prior line management experience, including conducting 1-2-1s and performance reviews
- Some knowledge of security standards and ITIL practices
