Cloud Data Consultant (Contract)
Location: London Country: UK Rate: £650 - £750 per day
We are seeking the skills and experience of a Cloud Data Consultant.
This role exists in the "Data Discovery Team" in the "Data Management Hub" of a major data programme for a blue chip organisation.
This will be an initial 6-month placement. Inside iR35. £650 - £750 per day.
The role
Existing Data Catalogue product:
- Fix the quality of entries.
- Work with developers on improvements for the tool.
- Work with Service Design to capture User Needs around the search and discovery of data ie what do users around the company want from such as a tool.
Data Quality:
- Input into the framework for Data Quality, reporting proposals and associated support materials for the burgeoning DQ service.
Metadata:
- Capture metadata and describe data for datasets being on-boarded onto the existing Data and Analytics Platform.
Depending on experience there will be occasions whereby you will also get involved in all-hands business process designs, testing and other workshops for the cloud-based Enterprise Data Platform.
