Insurance Broker/Business Analyst

We are working with our client who are a global player in the Insurance/Reinsurance industry in their search for an individual to join their Business Analysis team. We are looking for an insurance professional who comes from an insurance broker background and truly understands business requirements. You will understand the IT systems that operate within this space and will be a strong presence within the team.

What we are looking for:

• An experienced professional with a background within Reinsurance or as an Insurance Broker
• Strong Analytical mindset utilising a variety of techniques to elicit information from the business
• An understanding of IT systems and a desire to progress further into this space
• Experience of dealing with London markets processes, premiums and claims
• Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to translate business requirements into relevant specifications for technical teams
• Ability to work with offshore teams in different regions
• Must be able to work well on your own, proactively seeking out your next task
