Data Consultant (DataBricks/ETL/SQL) (Contract)
Location: Manchester Country: UK Rate: £500 - £600 per day + Onsite 2 days per week
 

DataBricks Migration Consultant

£500-£600 per day

OUTSIDE IR35 (weekly payroll to Ltd co.)

6-12 months

Hybrid with 2 days a week in Central Manchester

DataBricks Migration Consultant required with vast experience with Data Warehouse to Azure DataBricks migrations to work on a specific long term project on their corporate planning and financial planning teams. Collate, Analyse and Document Business Requirements and Processes, including preparation of functional specifications, test cases and training materials.Translate Requirements into Data Engineering, Datamodelling and Reporting functional specifications.Communicate and assist the technical team to deliver specifications.

Applicants Must have technical expertise with the following technologies:

  • Azure Databricks
  • Power BI,
  • Azure Data services
  • Advanced SQL
  • Strong experience in the design & deployment of medium-to-large scale BI/DWH/Data Analytics applications.

Desirable:

Worked with Insurance or Financial Services clients.
