We are looking for a Commercial Technical Officer to work within the public sector.

Location: Hybrid working - London

About the role: You will be responsible for providing wide-ranging commercial support to the Portfolio stakeholders from advice/guidance on routes to market, commercial strategy development, tendering processes and where appropriate, contract management.

Essential Skills: The ideal candidates will hold Active SC clearance and have a proven Commercial Management background, with the following skills/experience:

• Experience of managing end to end sourcing in a large-scale complex or high-risk programme.
• Experience of working across a diverse and complex operating model in supporting the development and implementation of effective commercial strategies.
• Experience of supporting the co-ordination of the development of Statement of Requirements.
• Category management experience in software, licensing & IT professional services.
• Knowledge of Oracle Fusion or equivalent Enterprise Resource Planning systems.
