Senior Learning Designer

One of our government clients is recruiting for a Senior Learning Designer to join them for a 6 month contract. This role is offering £350-400 per day inside IR35. They are hybrid working and can offer bases in Manchester (preference), London or Bristol.

This role will require a BPPS check - start date will be 4 weeks from offer accepted.

Experience Required:

• Proven ability to create quality, engaging and interactive learning products to meet a range of user needs
• Developing user-centred learning journeys
• Using E-learning authoring tools such as Rise 360 and online learning platforms such as FutureLearn
• Designing and developing learning, experience in using online learning platforms (Rise 360, Future Learn.com being key learning platforms)
• Strong leadership and management skills, able to think strategically and set vision
• Using agile ways of working or working with agile project teams
• Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels
• Ability to coach and mentor teams and individuals
• Experience (and be able to evidence) in learning design, beneficial that they have this within a tech space but won't be discounted if not
• They will be developing a series of learning courses and needs to understand the process that follows that
