Oracle HR Business Analyst

Up to £550 per day (inside IR35)

On behalf of a Leading financial services organisation, I am seeking an experienced Oracle HR Business Analyst on an initial 6-month contract. This role will play a key part in the development and optimisation of the organisation's Oracle HR module, working closely with internal stakeholders and a third-party implementation partner.

The organisation offer hybrid working where you will be expected to attend their London office 1-2 days per week and therefore must be within a reasonable commuting distance to London.

Responsibilities:

  • As the Oracle HR Business Analyst, you will act as the bridge between the business, technology teams, and the external vendor, ensuring delivery aligns with agreed requirements, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Leading the analysis, design, and development of the Oracle HR module in line with business needs
  • Engaging with HR, Technology, and senior stakeholders to gather and document detailed requirements
  • Managing and overseeing a third-party vendor, ensuring delivery meets contractual and functional expectations
  • Challenging vendor outputs where necessary and ensuring adherence to best practice and agreed governance
  • Supporting configuration, testing (UAT), and deployment activities
  • Identifying process improvements and opportunities to maximise value from the Oracle HR platform.

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant working with the Oracle HR module specifically
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and systems within complex organisations
  • Demonstrable experience managing or overseeing third-party vendors and system integrators
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience working within financial services or similarly regulated environments is highly desirable
  • Strong documentation, analysis, and problem-solving skills

Contract Details:

  • Initial 6-month contract with potential for extension
