An exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Leader (CDM2015) - 6 months initially Hybrid London, 2 days onsite.

Prestigious Public sector client

Rate 550-650 p/d Inside IR35 depending on experience

You will lead and deliver a diverse and exciting range of projects typically ranging between 5m and 100m.

As well as running your own projects, Senior Project Leaders support the Assistant Directors in the development of programmes of work that manage the requirements of different clients.

We are looking for candidates who have:

An accredited qualification to a minimum of level 4 in a related technical subject such as Construction, Engineering or Architecture.

Knowledge of and practical implantation of HS legislation particularly CDM 2015.

'strong project management and risk and issue management experience.

This role comes with Line Management and Task Management responsibility.

You must have an ability to provide demonstrable evidence of evaluation of leadership, motivating/inspiring consultant project managers and evidence of evaluating and managing resources in specific cases.

Provide demonstrable evidence of setting, monitoring, reporting and advising on project cash flows and key KPIs; evaluate and advise on the financial implications and appropriate management action

Knowledge of heritage related legislation.
