Business Analyst, Product, Applications, Agile, Scrum, Inside IR35, London

Harris Global are currently on the lookout for a Business Analyst to join our client on an initial 6 month project. This is an inside IR35 position with 3 days per week expected in Central London.

Candidates will be product focused and ideally have experience delivering applications or digital platforms. This role is ideal for someone who sits comfortably between product, technology and the business, and enjoys turning ideas into clear requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Working with stakeholders to understand business problems and translate them into requirements
• Creating and managing user stories, acceptance criteria and backlog items
• Supporting the delivery of digital applications from discovery through to release
• Collaborating closely with product and engineering teams to refine requirements and support sprint delivery
• Facilitating workshops, walkthroughs and stakeholder sessions to align on scope and priorities
• Ensuring solutions meet business needs while remaining practical and deliverable

Key skills:

• Strong experience as a Business Analyst in a product or delivery focused environment
• Proven background delivering applications or digital platforms
• Excellent knowledge of Agile/Scrum ways of working
• Confident writing user stories and acceptance criteria
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Experience translating requirements into clear documentation for development teams
