Buyer Senior Analyst & Tactical Specialist with Dutch language (Szeged)
In this role You will:
Drive and manage Tactical Procurement projects of low and medium complexity.
Ensure that the business requirements are well-understood and properly covered in the execution of these tasks.
Define approach to market in accordance with the respective Category strategy/guidance.
Identify appropriate supplier pool (based on requirements and established criteria)
Manage all relevant customer and supplier interactions and relationship throughout the whole project.
Create and communicate RFx (Request for Proposal/Quote), with usually at least three suppliers solicited.
Review responses and award the best supplier, Communicate the results of the bidding.
Generate reports (status, summary etc.) and analyse data depending on the project requirements.
Generate Purchase Order and confirming acceptance by the supplier.
Resolve operational issues with the suppliers, sourcing specialist and requestor related to the quality, delivery or receipt of good/services, invoice payment, return of materials, etc.?
Manage required changes to PO and closure of the PO.
What You need to be successful:
Bachelors' degree or equivalent experience is required.
1-3 years of relevant Tactical procurement experience, gained preferably in a multinational environment.
Proven experience in dealing with external partners, especially with suppliers.
Experience with contracting, negotiation and maintenance is an advantage.
Fluent in English and good command of Dutch
Strong knowledge of navigating the supply market and supplier selection within the Tactical Procurement framework
Procurement related professional certification is an advantage.
Understanding of the end-to-end Procurement process
Strong influencing and confident negotiation skills
Strong stakeholder management skills
Excellent time-management and task prioritization skills
