Scrum Master (Release Management/Test Coordination) (Contract)

Location: Remote  Country: Ireland Rate: DOE
 

Location: Fully Remote

Contract Duration: 12 months (initially), Daily Rate Contract - OUTSIDE

About the Role:

Trilogy International are looking for an experienced and versatile professional to join our client's global team as a Scrum Master. This fully remote position with a major pharmaceutical company offers the chance to collaborate with a talented team worldwide.

The ideal candidate will be an adept Scrum Master, capable of also handling release management and testing coordination duties, ensuring seamless project execution and delivery.

Scrum Master Duties:

  • Facilitate Daily Scrums, Sprint Plans, Demos, and manage the Sprint Repository.
  • Define technical stories and collaborate on architecture.
  • Lead the team, define story points, and oversee all Scrum activities.

Release Management:

  • Confirm completion of UT, SIT, and UAT tests.
  • Review and approve documentation and SDLC deliverables.
  • Schedule and execute releases (bi-weekly incident releases, monthly enhancements, IQ/OQ preparation).

Test Coordination:

  • Create JIRA Test Plans, Test Sets, and Executions.
  • Define/review SIT Test Protocols and Scripts.
  • Plan and follow up on test execution.
  • Ensure UT and SIT Test Closure.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with IT, Release Managers, POs, BAs, and support teams for smooth project execution.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience in Scrum, release management, and testing.
  • Strong Agile and SDLC knowledge.
  • Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in JIRA.
  • Prior experience within the pharma industry.
