Sprig is on a path to build world-class product experience platform that empowers the best businesses to truly understand how their users experience their product at-scale. The goal of the Core team at Sprig is to build and deploy high-performant and minimal-footprint SDKs and develop the dashboard experience to manage these studies. Our Frontend engineers are responsible for the development and deployment of our SDK and React dashboard. Your work will be used by millions of people throughout the world so ensuring stability, resiliency and performance of our software is critical. This role is based in San Francisco with three days working in office.

• You'll be working as part of our highly experienced engineering team and jump in at the beginning to develop a world-class product
• Own the development and deployment of our public available SDKs used by millions of users
• Architect and build our React dashboard, ensuring readability and DRY-principles are adhered to
• Collaborate with leadership to develop our engineering and product roadmap
• Stay informed with industry best practices and provide guidance, inspiration, and mentorship in engineering excellence for cross-functional colleagues

• Minimum 8+ years experience with Typescript + React, Node.js
• Expert in optimizing page load performance
• Deep understanding of modern web practices and the relevant technologies
• Passion for learning, building, and moving fast. With an ambitious plan for the next 12 months, we highly value your ability and appetite for learning
