A innovative GPU cloud platform company based in San Francisco are seeking to bolster their team with a talented Senior C+ Systems Software Engineer.

Responsibilities:

• Optimize and enhance performance-critical components of the C+ GPU virtualisation library, focusing on microsecond-level efficiency
• Research and implement advanced systems techniques such as GPU oversubscription, checkpointing, and distributed GPU clustering
• Support new hardware and system architectures through deep, end-to-end understanding of the software stack
• Perform complex systems-level debugging in production environments to identify and resolve stability and performance issues
• Diagnose and improve performance bottlenecks in machine learning and GPU-accelerated workloads

Requirements:

• Strong systems programming expertise in C+, with deep understanding of operating systems, concurrency, and performance optimisation
• Exceptional technical ability and systems knowledge, valued above direct GPU-specific experience
• Experience in trading firms, hedge funds, or similarly performance-driven environments is highly regarded
• Degree in Computer Science from a leading program with a strong academic record (typically GPA 3.7+); outstanding recent graduates with top-tier internships are encouraged to apply
• Demonstrated technical excellence through indicators such as competitive programming, mathematics competitions, or equivalent achievements
