We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with 3-7 years of experience to own a new, client-facing product line from 0 1. This is a key technical hire for a fast-growing, cash-flow positive startup, offering the opportunity to build a product from the ground up in a remote-first environment.

You will work directly with the founder and engineering team, move quickly, and leverage the latest in AI technology, including LLMs and agentic systems, without internal roadblocks.

This role is ideal for engineers who are highly autonomous, enjoy building complex systems end-to-end, and thrive in fast-paced, innovative environments.

• Architect and implement software systems to automate bespoke workflows and research processes.

• Own major projects from conception to delivery, collaborating closely with leadership.

• Build automated pipelines for planning, executing, and delivering insights to clients.

• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance across the team.

• Stay at the forefront of AI, particularly LLMs, to design and implement complex pipelines and agentic systems.

• Contribute to system design and infrastructure decisions for scalable, high-performance software.

• 3-7 years of experience in full-stack software engineering.

• Strong Back End expertise with Python and frameworks like Django or FastAPI.

• Modern Front End development skills with React and TypeScript.

• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS) and relational databases (PostgreSQL).

• Proven experience in system design for large-scale software.

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.

• Ideally, previous experience as a founding or early engineer at a startup.

• Strong communication skills, collaborative mindset, and ability to work autonomously.
