• Drive project execution across various workstreams, balancing scope, schedule, and resources effectively.
• Ensure compliance with technical, security, and operational standards.
• Facilitate high-level support for internal teams and guide them through installation processes.
• Act as the central liaison between engineering, product, network, and business teams.
• Proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure project success.
• Maintain thorough documentation and governance throughout the project lifecycle.

• Extensive experience in managing complex technical or infrastructure projects.
• Proven leadership in guiding cross-functional teams within large organizations.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer service and technical troubleshooting.

• Familiarity with Atlassian tools like Confluence and Jira.
• Experience in retail technology projects is advantageous but not mandatory.
