A world-class manufacturer has an outstanding opportunity for an exceptional and talented Tax Analyst based at our Cleveland, OH location.
What you will do:
Collect and analyze general ledger information and operational data for federal and state tax processing.
Prepare and file federal and state tax returns, ensuring compliance and timely submission.
Develop and manage tax provision calculations, including current and deferred tax liabilities, for monthly and year-end processes.
Forecast and calculate federal and state income tax estimated payments, maintaining and reconciling tax general ledger accounts.
Support senior team members with state tax issues, including researching, documenting, and responding to state notices and audits.
Conduct tax research and planning, making value-added recommendations to optimize tax positions and compliance.
Perform special projects and assignments as directed by tax managers or the tax director, contributing to various tax-related initiatives.

What you will need:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Relevant experience in tax compliance and accounting.
Proficiency in tax software and financial systems.
CPA certification is a plus.
