• Facilitate technical communication across projects and stakeholders, ensuring effective information flow
• Monitor portfolio production and create reports on concentration limits, including credit score and market type
• Order, track, and report refreshed values across the portfolio while identifying increasing risks
• Conduct Gap Analysis on Residential Mortgage Guidelines for various investors and product types
• Lead the management of technical projects in collaboration with product managers and technical teams

• Master's degree or equivalent in Data Science, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in a related field
• Proficiency in data warehouse design and dimensional modeling
• Experience with SQL, Python, and data analysis
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI

• Experience with Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes
• Knowledge of GitLab and DBT
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
